Travelling The World For A While

Hey all you Flickr people. I am on the road . I just want to let you know in case you wonder why I am not coming along your stream lately.
As I told you some images before I work with a schoolclass and if they do good work we can qualify for the Robocup 2012 in Mexico which is the worldchampionship in this field of robotics. My pupils did more than well and qualified. So here I have the possibility to travel again and take some nice photos. At least that’s what I hope.
I already have been in Mexico City, San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park and right now I am in Los Angeles. There will be some more stations on my list like Australia, New Zealand, a lot of asian countries and of course my most beloved Japan with the beautiful city TOKYO! (Let’s hope money will provide all of this!)
As I am somehow blessed to travel so much I want to share my experiences with you guys! It might take while since I am able to process my images because I have only taken my netbook with me.
On my netbook I don’t have all my tools and the screen is so small that I cannot see anything as you might see in this image which has a lot of bugs in it.
However I want to let you know how thankful I am to be a part of the Flickr community and for all the impact that it has on my life. I remember joining Flickr 3 years ago without having ever used a DSLR and without knowledge about travelling and Photoshop. Three years later I have discovered so many sweet places and got to know so many nice people. My life might have been completely different without each of you.
My way to say thanks will be a lot of cool images and some crazy stories. You’ll see when I am able to start posting some of my new captured treasures.

Tolle Stimmung hast du eingefangen. Die rote Linie um den Flieger ist hier das i Tüpfchen, macht sich gut für die Farbharmonie.
Du fragest wie ich mein Inferno Bild gemacht hab. Ganz einfach, ich war zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort. Es war doch nicht so einfach, das Inferno war eigentlich während meiner Anfahrt. Die Stimmung war schon am abklingen als ich die Location gefunden habe. Ich wollte schon gefrustet zusammenpacken, da hat sich die Wolkendecke nochmals geöffnet.

How tiring it must be to click into pages – scroll down as quickly as possible – paste the same stupid comment – and then repeat it a million times – all in the hope people will think you are being genuine – that you are actually looking at their photos – but in reality – all you are doing is begging people to come to look at your photos. everything bad about flickr is evident in you.
